Performed the following tasks:  Collected and processed CDMA/EVDO data in order to help bring new sites on-air.  Performed QCHAT cluster level drives to check latencies and functionality.  Worked with RF engineers to help troubleshoot inter RNC issues with QCHAT.  Performed DBS and Pico cell functionality tests to check call processing, throughput and latencies in EVDO.

Performed the following tasks:  Worked with RF engineers to resolve PN conflicts and swapped cables on new cell sites.  Performed in-building coverage service analysis and help to determine appropriate in-building coverage solutions.  Collected and processed system baseline data in order to help troubleshoot drop-call/block call.  Worked with the RF Engineer to perform real-time troubleshooting and help to resolve drop-call/block-call in problem areas.
